Summer Day Camps


Paradise Cheer & Dance offers a full and half day camp program thoughout the summer. Our program provides participants with a combination of tumbling, cheerleading & dance skills and also includes conditioning, craft and games sessions.

On Fridays at 5pm, participants perform the cheerleading routine they learned during the week for their family and friends.
Give your child an unforgettable physical development experience.  

2010 DATES and TIMES                                   Drop Off:  7:30 am -- 9:00 am        Pick-up 1/2 Day by 1:30 pm         Pick-up Full Day by 6:00 pm late pick-ups will be charged.

COSTS:         Full Day - $115.00/week              Half Day - $67.50/week

An annual registration fee of $25.00 applies.  Discounts given to siblings, Paradise team members and bookings over 4 weeks.

                           DISCOUNTS:  First full day 4 weeks = $115.00/week,   Next Full day 4 weeks = $95.00/week,   Last 2 weeks Full day = $75.00/week

Single Days - No registration required       Full Days - $30.00/day, Half Dys - $20.00/day

Suggested Attire

*  Shorts and a t-shirt or sprots top/bra    * Socks     * Long hair should be pulled back into a ponytail

Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures:  Parents must enter the building each day to sign their child in & out for the day.

Paradise Cheer & Dance will be hosting Cheerleading Camps for Summer Vacation.  Please Call for Dates!

There are 3 and 4 day camps for Individual cheerleadrs who want to increase their skills, or for squads that want to come as a team to improve and perfect their technique.  This camp is not for beginners.

The camps will run either Monday through Wednesday for the 3 day camp, or Monday through Thursday for the 4 day camps.  The camps will run from 9:00 am -- 4:00 pm.  Early drop off and late pick up is offered for an additional fee.  Cost for the 3 day camp is $80.00 and the 4 day camp is $115.00.

Both camps will include:              Opening Rally, Cheerobics, Dances, Cheer & Chant Class, Safety in Stunting, Stunts, Pyramids, Basket Builders, Basket Tosses, Jump Class, Tumbling, Evaluation and Awards.

Campers shold come in shorts, tshirt and sneakers and bring a packed lunch & snack.

Please call the gym to pre-register, as camps fill up quick.

Indicative 3 & 4 day camp schedule.  If it is a 3 day camp, the closing will immediately follow evaluation/awards.

Pre-requisites for Specialty Camps:

Jump Technique Clinic – No requirements

Strength & Conditioning – No requirements

Cheer Excellence – Get ready for your rec program, junior high, high school teams. Will do jump technique, stunt technique, tumbling, and dance.

Back Handspirng Camp – Working Back Handsprings. Standing 2 Back Handsprings, Round off Back Handsprings. Must have clean execution in cartwheel, and front & back walkovers.

Tuck Camp – Must have Back handspring, Round off Back handspring. Must have clean execution in cartwheel, and front & back walkovers.

Layout Camp – Must have CLEAN Standing 2 Back handsprings with high rebound, Round off 2 Back handsprings, front walkovers.

Full/Double Full Camp – Must have Standing 2 Back handsprings to tuck or layout with out a spot. Layout must be a clean, hollow body layout.
